- Carrying out the commercial activities conducted by the company and the related business processes

4. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through sales contracts, distance sales contracts, the website, contact forms, and other methods used within the scope of carrying out the company’s activities.

- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data
- To request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by means of the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems
- To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

Our company undertakes not to share the information obtained regarding its employees and customers with third parties without the knowledge of the relevant person or unless otherwise instructed, and not to use such information for commercial purposes outside its field of activity.
